Payment Policy

The Quality Hotel Lighthouse accepts Cash and EFTPOS payments on arrival.

Credit Cards:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express credit card payments on arrival. Diners Club and American Express payments do incur a surcharge of 3%.
A third party (company or other) wanting to pay for all or partial charges for a room must complete one of our Credit Card Authority Forms as authorisation to charge the credit card presented for the charges accepted. A copy of the credit card and the owner’s driver’s license must be provided. All other charges not accepted by the third party are the responsibility of the guest.

Cheques:

Are accepted on prior arrangement with management, providing the cheque is received at least 7 days prior to arrival in order to ensure the cheque clears.

Direct Credit:

Is accepted provided payments are made at least 3 days prior to arrival and have appeared in our bank account. Please let reception know before making a payment so we will expect it in our account. Please put your reservation number in the comments when making the payment.

Company Chargeback:

Is accepted provided the company has an approved credit account with the Hotel. We require a copy of the Purchase Order or written chargeback information.
